I was justing trying some new groovy tricks on EPBCS and found this not so publicized (?) feature available in SUI.
Auditing is here, I’ve asked for this every time I met with Development team (I know you might’ve done the same thing) and finally, it is here (in the TEST pods)
Journals(in Planning really!!!!), not sure whether this was supposed to go to FCCS and made its way here (or is this a Strategic Planning one)
Some nices ones too
- Clear Cell Details
- User Administration
You can see that in “Audit Information”.
You can export this to csv, go to “Actions”->Export
Now all we need is a REST API call 😉
Sorry but i can’t find it -” Audit “- on the instance, How can i get it?
It’s in the test instance.
Okay fine i have found it, but please How can i use the configure button?
as all the choices perform like each others nothing different.
For example: when i check “Data” the same information appears when i check “Journals”
I did mention in the post that journal is a FCCS term and might go away later.
nvm .. it will be the same when i check “Rules”
I mean what is the Configure button means?
nothing changes when i Apply for any choice
What do you mean by nothing changes when you you “apply” for any choice? You don’t see anything in the audit information?
After applying did you make any changes? I did see them and that’s how I posted those pictures in the blog post.
I mean the same Information appears for both choices
You mean if you turn audit on for form, you get all?
Yes
Then that’s an issue on your POD, file an SR with Oracle and let them know. I don’t see that on my POD though.
aha, Thank you 🙂
Celvin,
If you have groovy which copy the data from one cube to another failed on configuring the audit on PBCS.
Thanks
Pranav
